Purchase & Refund Terms
These terms apply when you purchase a permanent Data Source Explorer activation through this portal.
1. One-time purchase
The permanent-license price and currency are displayed on the activation page and again during Stripe Checkout. The purchase is a one-time license transaction unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
2. Payment processing
Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. A permanent activation key is not issued merely because the browser returns from checkout. The server must verify successful payment before the key is generated or released.
3. Digital delivery
After successful payment verification, the portal generates the activation key electronically and displays it on the success page. The key is tied to the machine code submitted with the order. You are responsible for entering the correct machine code before purchase and for keeping the issued key private.
4. Meaning of "permanent"
For this portal, "permanent" means that the signed activation token has no scheduled expiration date unless the offer shown at purchase states otherwise. It does not guarantee lifetime updates, unlimited technical support, perpetual availability of third-party services, or compatibility with future hardware, operating systems, databases, APIs, or other third-party products.
5. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Because the product is a digitally delivered, machine-bound activation key that may be issued immediately after verified payment, activation or delivery may affect refund eligibility where permitted by law. Contact contact@arcointernational.net promptly if you believe you purchased in error or experienced a technical problem.
6. Duplicate or incorrect purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once, used an incorrect email address, or submitted the wrong machine code, contact support with the order reference and purchase email. Do not publish your activation key in a support request or public forum.
7. Taxes and checkout charges
The amount presented for final confirmation in Stripe Checkout is the amount you authorize. Any applicable taxes, discounts, or other checkout adjustments will be shown there before payment is completed.
8. License conditions
The purchased activation remains subject to the Data Source Explorer Software License Terms. Buying an activation key does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
9. Payment disputes
If you have a billing or fulfillment problem, contact ARCO INTERNATIONAL first so the transaction can be investigated. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
